Shipping & Return
Please allow 1-2 business days* for the processing and shipping of your order. Upon ordering, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation as well as a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when the order has shipped from our warehouse. (Please give the tracking number 3 - 6 hours before tracking your shipment.)
*Please note that orders placed after 4pm PST on Friday will go out the following Monday.
United States - we ship by Fedex to everywhere within the U.S.
FedEx Ground: $9 (3-6 business days)
FedEx 2-Day: $25
Fedex Standard Overnight: $45
International - we ship using Fedex for international shipments. Please note that VAT taxes are not included in our prices and you may owe a balance upon delivery. Refer to your countries guidelines for tax rates but they are typically between 20% - 40% of the cost of the order.
Canada: $38 (5-10 business days)
Asia, Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom: $50 (5-10 business days)
Rest of the world: $60
We take time to make sure each address is correct and require a signature on orders over $100. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are valued over $100. If your package has been lost or damaged, email service [at] durrahjewellery.com and we can help you get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Durrah Jewellery online purchases only. Durrah Jewellery will accept unworn merchandise returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange of product only (except earrings, see below).
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, with no damages.
- All earrings are non-exchangeable.
- Merchandise that is received with any damages may be returned to customer without prior notice and may result in denial of return.
- Durrah Jewellery must authorize all returns and exchanges. Any unauthorized returns received will be denied and items will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.
- Approved returns are only valid within 7 business days after issuance.
- Items will be exchanged upon current stock confirmation. Should the item not be in stock, a store credit will be issued.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Orders cannot be canceled after the order has shipped.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Durrah Jewellery will only issue a return in the form of store credit to be used at durrahjewellery.com or an exchange through durrahjewellery.com.

- Upon approval by Durrah Jewellery, we will issue store credit for unworn and undamaged items returned within 7 days of receiving purchase.
- Store credit can only be used in its entirety on a future purchase.
- Store credit codes will remain active for one full year.
- A store credit cannot be combined with any other store credit codes, discounts or promotional offers.
- Items returned for store credit, must be returned with all original tags and packaging included.
Any credit, coupon, or promotion offered by Vita Fede may only be used within the specified timeframe. Vita Fede reserves the right to alter or cancel credits, coupons and/or promotions without notice. Vita Fede reserves the right to cancel any transaction with improper use of credits, coupons or promotions. Improper use of credits may result in loss of your account and site access.
